Interview: Q&A session

Assalamualaikum,Howdy peeps!

recently,I've posted an article regarding the Felda scholarship thingy in this blog.
(aceh,bajet speaking amerika pulak aku)
as much as you peeps read THAT article, I've been encountered by such questions regarding the IV thing.
I would love to answer all of your curiosities right away, but sorry peeps.there's always a limit to everything

aku sebenarnya baru lepas buat essay IELTS,tu yang acah acah speaking berabuk tu. okay, ignore.
aku tahu yang ramai nak tahu tentang IV scholarship yang dah encountered itu hari. well, sebab itu entri kali ini aku nak tulis aka diskus sikit apa yang penting pasal IV itu nanti.

biasanya, kalau interview apa yang bakal ditanya?
basically jawapan aku ada kaitan dengan interview aku jelah. biasanya yang ditanya adalah berkenaan

• kenapa mintak that particular course?
• what that particular course is all about?
• how it will help the company in the future?
• how will you contribute to this company in the future?in what way?
• why should we pick you as one of the scholars?
• what do you know about this company? scholarship?
• in what way do you think you will contribute to the company? 
• what's your quality within that we should consider in choosing you as one of our scholars?

honestly, my advice is just don't expect too much for such Qs to come out during the IV.

sebab apa? sebab if you ever done any interviews before, a mock interview at least, you should realize that their Qs not that straight forward .mesti dia ada putar belit punya. tambah-tambah kalau the Qs can be googled up. ini aku nak bocorkan rahsia, these Qs were asked during my turn to be interviewed. screwed 'em!

• some of the Qs above were also asked during my turn
• where do you tend to pursue your study? in which country?
• any universities that crossed your mind when it comes to the course that you intend to do? why?
• what this course can offer for the future?this company's and yours?
• let's say the bonding period between you and this company is 10 years. what are you gonna do if the time's over?
• in 10 years of period,what if this company to ask you to stop from what your current doing, move on to another job within the company?to serve the company?

itu merupakan some of the Qs. but trust me, the Qs definitely wouldn't be the same because masing-masing dapat soalan yang randomly asked by the interviewer.

ada tips tak untuk interview nanti?

tips?? ada.banyak.kalau google pun boleh jumpa.merata-rata.

basically,ini tips yang aku guna untuk diri aku sendiri.

• be sure to do some background research on that company /scholarship whatsoever so that your interview wouldn't be tanked by your nervous-jantung dup dap dup dap-all the nerve wrecking feelings
• make sure you are mentally and physically prepared
• enough sleep
• get rid of the nervous-bacterialitikus-infection-feeling. don't be too confident and too cuak. I'd say, be normal even tho aku tahu yang rama-rama tengah terbang dalam perut masa tunggu giliran.trust me, ever felt that before.
• make sure your dada dipenuhi dengan maklumat yang penting berkaitan course yang diminta, as they might be useful for us to kill the time by providing some info that they may don't know.
• talk confidently. never act like not. trust me, so that mereka akan percaya yang kita sudah bersedia.
• be sure that you're updated to any occasions happened domestically and globally. they might interested in several issues. peeps, they're human beings, they watch TVs, read news, listen to radio. any issues should be possible. not only the current issues will be concerned by them. general knowledge they say
• your appearance is a priority. your attire should be nice.you can google up what should you wear what you shouldn't.( thinking to post an entry regarding the Dos and Don'ts during the IV thingy,will let you know once it 
• be sure to sampai awal,at time at the venue as stated in the letter /email whatsover.
• jangan lupa resume dan yang berkaitan

itu sahaja rasanya. itulah tips yang aku guna pakai.but don't take it too seriously(the question) as they might fire you with other Qs.believe me, they have that bank Qs thingy. not to mention, be well-prepared to encounter with such nasty, weird,horrible how-on-earth-did-they-come-out-with-such-question question. like seriously. 

and the last thing is, best wishes to all, the candidates of any scholarship you're in, especially for the final candidates (I think) of Felda Scholars.Do the best!

p/s: there's changes on how the interview will be going on. kalau dulu time aku ada banyak stage, but then,comes to realize the admin buat all the stages in one single go.in one day.
