Penjelasan :
A. 30 minit setelah solat asar itu adalah waktu dimana darah didalam diri kita ketika itu sedang panas, jika kita mandi ketika itu, akan menyebabkan badan menjadi lelah dan penat untuk melakukan sesuatu pekerjaan.
B. Jantung kita setelah maghrib sudah mulai lemah untuk melakukan perkerjaan. Jadi, kajian menunjukkan bahawa jika kita mandi pada waktu berkenaan akan menyebabkan paru-paru dimasuki air dan boleh menyebabkan paru-paru basah.
C. Setelah solat isya merupakan waktu jantung kita berhenti dan istirahat, jika mandi ketika ini akan menyebabkan kerosakan jantung akibat kemasukan air.
Sebaiknya mandi setelah 1 jam dari jam 12 malam. Antara pukul 2 - 3 pagi, itu akan lebih memberikan tenaga kepada badan seperti mana bateri yang telah lemah di cas semula.
